Chartered Surveyor
Shoaib Mazhar has over 30 years of experience in the property profession. He obtained his chartered surveying accreditation 25 years ago. Since, he has obtained a wealth of experience including valuation, property management, agency, development and has specialised in property investment acquisitions and sales. One of the founding directors of Stratton Estates, Shoaib looks forward to working closely with you in any of your property requirements.
ALI KHAN
Msc
Building Surveyor
Ali Khan has over 15 years of experience in residential and commercial property and is a qualified building surveyor. He specialises in property management, investment, development and refurbishment. Combining technical expertise with commercial insight, Ali has supported private and corporate investors in acquiring, developing and managing valuable property portfolios while improving returns and long-term asset performance.

Jhangir Khan has a wealth of knowledge in the property sector. Having lived and worked in Newcastle all his life he has gained over 30 years of experience in a wide sector of the market to include but not limited to, disposals and acquisitions, property development across the North East and property management. He has also operated in the leisure and hospitality business for a number of years giving him a leading edge in that market.
